HEX Beam Build DX Engineering DXE-HEXX-5TAP

I continued the build on the Hex Beam this morning and made it to the 20 Meter Element. I reworked the pigtail that came with the Hex beam by shortening the ground side letting it lean more to the left away from the top hub. I used Plasti Dip from home Depot to insulate and cover any exposed wire. The black you see on the feed point is a aerosol spray Plasti Dip to protect any exposed metal objects, the parts are stainless but extra never hurts. The rope is still hanging loose, I am letting it stretch in the Texas heat and tomorrow I wil re-adjust the rope to level all the spreaders.

Just for grins I checked the SWR on the 20 meter element at 8 feet above ground. As you can see I am very happy with the results and it should drop to 1.2 at 90′.
